AI update

The major AI update for arcade racer is finally out adding lots of stuff and adding AI and making the full release much more likely

What added

[Gameplay]

-Border/Colliders to keep the player more in the map

-Added more track fence

-Added AI to the game

-Fixed some clipping bugs

-Added a restart button

[Visual]

-Remade the main menu

-Made a pause menu
